Intro

Counseling is not one-size-fits-all. My goal is to provide a supportive space where you feel comfortable, understood, and supported as you work through what’s going on in your life.

  • You don’t need a perfect label for what you’re going through. Some common areas I support include:

    • Life transitions

    • Stress and burnout

    • Emotional regulation

    • Depression and mood concerns

    • Relationship challenges

    • Personal growth and self-awareness

  • My approach is supportive, practical, and tailored to each individual. I draw from a variety of evidence-based approaches, including:

    • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)

    • Solution-Focused Therapy

    • DBT-informed skills

    • Somatic-informed strategies

I focus on helping you build tools you can actually use in your day-to-day life while also creating space to process what you’re going through.

  • Teens (13+) and Adults

I have a special interest in supporting individuals through life transitions—whether that’s changes in roles, relationships, career paths, or stages of life like motherhood. I also value the unique experiences and perspectives of those from rural and agricultural communities and aim to provide care that feels relatable and grounded in real life.

Individual Virtual Counseling

Meet from the comfort of your own space. Virtual sessions offer flexibility while still providing consistent, meaningful support.

Walk-and-Talk Sessions

A relaxed, outdoor approach to counseling. These sessions allow for movement and a more natural setting, which can feel more comfortable for some individuals.

Fees & Payment

The standard session fee is $100.

Hart & Field Counseling is a private pay (cash pay) practice, with payment due at the time of service.

I understand that counseling is an investment, and a limited number of sliding scale spots are available for those who may need additional flexibility. Please feel free to reach out to discuss options.

I do not currently accept insurance.

Reaching out can feel like a big step—I'm glad you're here.

If you're considering counseling, you're not alone. Whether you have questions or are ready to get started, I’d be happy to connect with you.
